Technical description:
The gravity roller conveyor is designed for the storage, preparation, and distribution of parts or bins on production lines. Thanks to its inclined roller system, it allows loads to flow automatically according to the FIFO (First In, First Out) principle, ensuring efficient logistics flow management.

Structure: High-strength mechanically welded steel.
Finish: Yellow epoxy powder coating, oven-baked at 180°C, providing excellent protection against corrosion and scratches.
Rolling system: Steel ball gravity rollers mounted on inclined rails for smooth sliding of bins or parts.
Adjustable incline: Allows the speed and smoothness of descent to be adjusted according to the weight of the products.
Mobility: Equipped with swivel casters with brakes, facilitating movement and positioning at the workstation.
Load capacity: Variable depending on configuration (up to 300 kg).
Use: Workstation supply, internal logistics, assembly lines, production workshops, warehouses.
Standard dimensions (L × W × H): approximately 1200 × 600 × 1500 mm (other dimensions available on request).
Options: Stop block, identification label, extended exit level, side dividers.
