Technical description:
Our standard belt conveyor consists of a PVC belt, a folded sheet metal frame, a motor, and a gearbox. The belt can have several different characteristics depending on your requirements.The belt conveyor can transport loads ranging from a few grams to several kilograms, depending on the design used.
- Structure: Sturdy frame made of painted steel or stainless steel, depending on the intended use.
- Finish: Oven-baked epoxy powder coating, resistant to corrosion and industrial conditions.
- Conveyor belt: Made of PVC, PU, or rubber depending on the type of product being conveyed (food, industrial, logistics, etc.).
- Motorization: Asynchronous electric motor with integrated gearbox, ensuring stable and energy-efficient operation.
- Speed: Fixed or variable (depending on model) via frequency converter for precise control of production flow.
- Drive: By motorized drum or chain system depending on the load being transported.
- Support rollers: Zinc-plated steel or PVC rollers ensuring good performance and durability.
- Guidance: Side strips or raised edges available to prevent product spillage.
- Use: Food processing, pharmaceutical, mechanical, logistics, packaging, sorting, handling, etc.
- Standard dimensions: Length from 1 to 10 meters – strip width from 200 to 800 mm (customizable according to requirements).
